About 2008 Beijing Olympic Game Opening Ceremony (北京奥运会开幕式创意)

It is well known that over 90% of 2008 Beijing Olympic Opening was from my creative ideas that recorded in June of 2004 in an apartment near Edison, New Jersey, United States.

I am proud I created it without any preparation or any references. I created it from everything little things that I learned and grasped from Chinese culture. It was created in just one shot less than half an hour or so.

I am proud that I knew these cultures, I am proud that I knew how great these cultures are and why they are great, and I am proud that I also knew the rich history how these cultures are formed.

Example：
 "Taiji" or shadow boxing： I was not introducing this sports or kungfu. I was introducing Chinese culture of "Small is Big” through this sports. The history how this sport was formed in Chinese history is the history how this culture was formed in Chinese Culture.

Creative ideas explanation on perspectives: 

My approach is not from the perspective of presenting what Chinese had proudly achieved historically that deserve to be presented as proud the first time ever Olympic game host country.

My approach is from the culture I grew up with, and from what is clarified Chinese culture instead of Asia culture by my experience of living abroad.

My ideas are from what I knew that are great cultures in our daily life that we Chinese are so proud of, and to tell the story how this culture was formed in history and why it is so great.

My presentation associated every detail with its rich culture references to the in-presentation cultures.

About rumored confusion of who is the creator of Beijing Olympic Opening.
My response: I heard the confusion is from a video CD that was broadcasted on the radio in China. The female in that video CD dressed in Chinese ancient style, not sure if voice data is the same as mine. This can be checked by forensic technology(司法鉴定), voice or recorded time. Mine was done and should be recorded in June of 2004.

I heard mine was recorded in June of 2004 by FBI during their investigation of possible intellectual properties related case that I reported in January of 2004, and I heard it was an FBI agent who gave the copy of this recording to the Chinese Consulate in New York City.

I think the Chinese producing team of the Beijing Olympic Opening/Closing Ceremony, the group of people who have been very familiar with performing arts, know the difference between the voice of a creator or a voice of a performing actress. The difference between the video images is the same.

I created those ideas from the Chinese culture that I brought up with and I have lived my life by,  instead of creating some ideas from what I thought should be introduced to the world according to what Chinese have achieved over the history. I was introducing the Chinese culture that has made me a being of a Chinese.

I created those ideas from the depth of my understanding of the Chinese culture that the mimic performer won't be able to reproduce. It was not the confidence or just the passion in the voice that makes the difference but the true reflection that I have the in-depth knowledge of what I was talking about. The video images are the same.

A performing artist won't have that reflection of the knowledge in the voice that a person who has the knowledge can have, no matter how well this performing artist can mimic the person who has the knowledge.

Rumored the reason I should not be acknowledged as the Creator of Beijing Olympic Opening is that if FBI did not record, then my creative ideas won't be produced.
My response: This is a true statement that obviously and definitely would results in Beijing Olympic Game opening would never be presented as it was.

The 2008 Beijing Olympic Game Open is what it was is because that is produced from my creative ideas. The creator of 2008 Beijing Olympic Opening is Min Fang is a matter of fact that no decent lawful person can deny, not to mention those claimed talented enough to lead a Nation. The opportunity to lead a Nation to serve the people is not the same meaning of being the driving force to violate laws to rob the people. I am an individual and this is my individual case but I won't be the only individual of the people's definition that being robbed if government official position means the power to perform the robbery to the people.

都知道北京奥运会的开幕式有90%以上采用了我的创意，创意是在2004年6月的一个星期天在美国新泽西州爱迪生附近的一个公寓房子里被录影记录下来的。

我很骄傲我在创意之前没有做过任何准备，创意当时也没有参阅任何索引或者参考资料。我是从我所学到的，我所掌握的点点滴滴的中国文化里创作出了这么一份创意。这份创意是在不到半个小时的时间里一气呵成的。

我很骄傲我知道这些文化，我很骄傲我能欣赏这些文化的伟大，也知道这些文化为什么这么伟大，我很骄傲我还知道这些文化在历史上是如何形成的。

举例：
千人太极拳：我不是在介绍太极拳这么一种运动或者功夫，我是在通过太极拳介绍中国文化的“以小搏大”。 太极拳形成的历史就是中国文化里“以小搏大”文化的形成历史。

创意理念的解释

我的创意不是从中国历史年鉴上有哪些伟大成就应该是值得作为第一次奥运会东道国骄傲的向全世界呈现的角度来呈现中国。

我的创意是从我在中国成长过程中学到的中国文化，以及海外生活经历中区分出的中国文化而非泛亚洲文化来介绍中国文化集萃。

我的创意是从我所知道的我们每天日常生活中的让我们华人深感骄傲的中国文化精粹，来诉说这文化在历史上是如何形成的，以及为什么这文化是中国文化的精粹。

我的创意是通过点点滴滴的细节及其丰富文化内涵作为索引呈现所介绍的文化精髓。

有关谁是奥运会创意人的争议是怎么回事？
我的回应：听说了奥运会创意人的困扰是来自一盘影碟，这影碟2008年北京奥运会之前有在中国国内的广播电台里播出过。影碟里的女性身着中式衣服或者中式古装，不清楚声音资料是否还是我方敏的。但这是可以通过司法鉴定来查实的， 不管是声音或是录制时间（可以精确到千分之一秒）都有技术可以鉴定。我是在2004年6月的一个星期天做的北京奥运会的创意，录影录音时间也应该是同一天。

我听说我的创意是在2004年6月由联邦调查局在调查由我于2004年1月举报的一桩有关智慧产权的案件时录制的，我听说是由一个联邦调查局的探员把这段录影（录音）交给了纽约的中国领事馆。

我认为北京奥运会开幕式及闭幕式的创作团队，是非常熟悉什么是表演艺术的一群人，他们很清楚一个创意人创意时的声音和一个演员在表演这个场景时的声音之间的区别。两者影像资料之间的区别也是如此。

我的那些创意是从伴随我成长以及每天生活着的中国文化中所产生的创意，不是我看着中国的历史年鉴表上所记录的中国历史上的伟大成就而选择了一些我认为应该介绍给世界人民所孕育的创意。我当时是在介绍让我方敏成为了一个华人的这么一个中国文化。

我的创意是源自我对中国文化的理解程度，不是一个演员的表演可以模仿重现的。这份区别不是在声音里的那份自信或者一些激情，而是这声音真实反映了我确实拥有我所谈论的这个中国文化的相关知识以及我拥有什么程度中国文化知识的那一份深度感。影像资料也是如此。

不管一个表演艺术家如何模仿，一个表演艺术家的声音里没有可能会有一个真正拥有知识者的声音里所能呈现的那份真实的有深度的知识感。

听说了我不应该被承认是北京奥运会创意的原因是如果当时没有被FBJI所录影，也就不会有我这份创意。
我的回应：如果这样也就明确一定会造成北京2008奥运会开闭幕式永远都不会是2008年北京奥运会所向世界呈现的那份制作。

2008年北京奥运会开闭幕式之所以会被制作成2008年时中国向全世界所呈现的那样，就是因为北京2008年奥运会开闭式是采用了我的创意。我方敏是2008北京奥运会开闭幕式的创意是没有任何一个遵纪守法有良知责任的人所能够抵赖的，更不用说那些号称有才华可以领导一个国家的人。能够领导一个国家可以为人民服务的机会绝不应该意味着可以用政府的权利带头破坏法律掠夺老百姓。我是一个个体，这事是牵涉到我的一个个别案例，如果政府职权就只意味着掠夺百姓的便利权利。我方敏绝不会是人民这个定义中唯一被掠夺的一个老百姓。
