Heard by law, any holding have to have outsider investors, any individual investor can not exceed 1/3 of holding size. Heard David Petraeus has roughly 1/4 size of Rockefeller Holding as his inheritable. --March 16th, 2017
Outside investors shares are part of any holding internal share registry. Outside investors are part of management of holding internal share registry.
By law, internal shares registry reflect actual shares hold by each investor. Internal registry can not be shifted around by changing registry record even if it is only temporarily and no financial impact to the real investor. --March 16th, 2017
